Our CEO Segolene Martin launched the Belgium branch of the world community of AI experts Women in AI. Women in AI gathers academic, corporate, and startup professionals (or aspiring professionals) in AI. The launch of Women in AI (WAI) in Belgium marked a special event for Belgium's AI community. The fully-booked event welcomed outstanding speakers that discussed the applications for AI in various domains.

• Lucilla Sioli, Director for AI in the European Commission, shared her vision about what Europe can do to be competitive in the world AI race
• Christine Decastekaer, Director of the LISA laboratory of the Brussels University ULB, explained the role of AI for cancer research;
• Valerie Pierre, Sales Director Western Europe for Microsoft, shared the vision of a leading corporate player about the progress and opportunities of AI;
• Our CEO Segolene Martin, explained to the participants her vision on the opportunities and challenges of implementing AI solutions in the business sector.
